Terms Dock to Dock. 25% Deposit required for reservation, balance due at the beginning of charter. Cash or Check payable to Captain Jim Novak Sr.

CANCELLATIONS Must be made 14 days in advance for a full refund. Cancellations not made 14 days prior to charter date- no refund unless we can re-book that date and/or at the Captains Discretion

The Captains main concern is for your safety, therefore, cancellation of a charter due to weather conditions, or any other reason, is at the Captains Discretion. In such an event another date will be offered or the deposit refund.
